Anyone who purchases Focus Magic will get free support, but to qualify for that support, the user must :-

• Be Reasonably Computer Literate  Any user who is not reasonably computer literate, and does not know the basics of how to use an image editing program, really should be using the professional services of an image restoration expert to help them restore their photos.  "Free Support" does not mean "Free Computer Training".
• Show Reasonable Initiative to Solve the Problem  Focus Magic comes with extensive Help (installed with the software), Online Tutorials and FAQ which explain in detail how Focus Magic should be used.  If you are stuck, and don't know how to move forward, then please make sure that you have a look at these resources first.
• Not Use Our Tech Support for General Computer Problems  We only give tech support for Focus Magic and not for any graphics editing programs or other software.

We consider that these criteria for free support are more than fair, but we feel that if our free support is being abused, then we are within our rights to stop giving free support to that user.
